ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Jonah Shattuck — a professional farrier based in Central Massachusetts. Born and raised around horses, I’ve developed a deep respect for their care and well-being. For the past five years, I’ve been dedicated to farriery, working full-time to provide high-quality hoof care that keeps both my clients and their four-legged partners sound, healthy, and happy.

I have hands-on experience with a wide range of hoof and limb conditions, including laminitic cases, navicular syndrome, suspensory injuries, white line disease, negative palmar angles, quarter cracks, and upper limb issues.

I believe in a patient, thoughtful approach to farriery. Whether a horse has limited range of motion or is recovering from injury, I take the time to work with care and compassion—prioritizing both comfort and long-term soundness.
